Candied Pecan Sweet & Spicy Wings
Perfect for Sunday game day, summer get togethers and dinner party appetizers! These are not your ordinary chicken wings - with a candied pecan crunch and a spicy kick, you're sure to add these to your chicken wing repertoire.
You'll need:
3 lbs chicken wings
3 eggs
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons water
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups finely chopped Black Bow Sweets candied pecans

For the hot sauce:
2 cups ketchup
3⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Siracha hot sauce
2 cups ketchup
3⁄4 cup packed brown sugar

To make:
1. Whisk eggs, orange juice concentrate and water until mixed well
2. Combine flour and 1 cup candied pecans in a gallon sized bag
3. Dip wings in egg mix, then toss in flour / candied pecan mix
4. Arrange wings in single layer on a pan
5. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 25 minutes
6. Combine hot sauce ingredients in medium bowl
7. Remove wings from oven and spoon half of the hot sauce over wings; turn wings and spoon on the remaining sauce
8. Return wings to the over and bake 30 minutes longer
9. Remove from oven and top with remaining half a cup of Black Bow Sweets candied pecans
