Candied Pecans for Salads

Candied Pecans for Salads

Did you know that you can use candied pecans for salads to add an extra crunch and complimentary flavor?

This is the number one candied pecan salad we'll be serving up all summer long:

A bed of arugula topped with farm fresh strawberries, candied pecans, aged balsamic and earthy olive oil. This salad is quick, easy and delicious.

Go ahead and add some goat cheese for an extra texture and tangy flavor that compliments this candied pecan salad beautifully. Looking for something a bit different? You can substitute the arugula for any of your favorite greens, go for fresh apples and dried cranberries or add some blue cheese crumbles.  All these combinations make a great candied pecan salad!
