Candied Pecan Rice Pudding
We're celebrating another fantastic food holiday today - National Rice Pudding Day! We went straight for the candied pecans to add a rich, nutty flavor and some essential healthy fats and fiber to keep us full. Not to mention the 19+ vitamins and minerals we get from the candied pecans. One of the easiest recipes on our blog by far. Give it our candied pecan pudding a try!
1 store bought rice pudding mix of your choice + ingredients noted on box
2 Tbsp of crushed Black Bow Sweets candied pecans per serving of pudding
Prepare pudding according to directions on box
Add 2 Tbsp crushed candied pecans per serving to pudding
Top with candied pecan "dust" left over from crushing pecans and a couple of whole candied pecans for presentation and extra crunch.
