Warm Peach and Honey Brie with Candied Pecans
October heat waves make it feel like summer is still here and we aren't quite ready to say goodbye to peach season, so we made this warm peach and honey brie as we transition to fall. This dish makes a great appetizer for guests (or dinner for one...because who can resist?)

One wedge brie or other soft cheese
1 diced peach
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons lightly crushed Black Bow Sweets candied pecans
Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Add diced peaches and cook until soft - about 4 minutes. Spoon peaches over brie and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle on crushed Black Bow Sweets candied pecans.
