
Mini Candied Pecan & Pineapple Tarts
These one bite wonders are the perfect summer treat - Easy to make with a refreshing tropical twist! Bet you can't eat just one! See the recipe below for these adorable mini treats topped with our signature candied pecans.
Use pre-made pastry cups and bake according to instructions on package.
You'll Need:
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup crushed Black Bow Sweets candied pecans
1 cup chopped pineapple
Whipped cream - enough to fill all tarts
Sautéed pineapple : melt one tablespoon coconut oil in pan and add one cup chopped pineapple. Sautéed until lightly browned - about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and toss until melted - about 10 seconds. Remove from heat and assemble tart.
Fill tart with whipped cream and top with pineapple pieces and crushed Black Bow Sweets candied pecans.
Serve and enjoy!
